Accessibility Statement

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across our website, online booking, and client account.

What we've done

• Text and controls meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against their background.
• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
• Pages use headings, landmarks, and labels so screen readers can navigate them, and images carry descriptive alternative text.
• Buttons and links are at least 44 by 44 pixels, so they're easy to tap.
• Motion is kept to a minimum and turns off when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Text resizes up to 200% and pages reflow on small screens without sideways scrolling.
• Status is never shown with color alone; it also has text.

At the salon

Let us know when you book — or just tell us when you arrive — if there's anything that would make your visit easier, such as a quieter time of day, a chair without a step, extra time, or a different way to communicate. Service animals are always welcome.

The walk-up check-in screen at the front desk has large touch targets and text. If you'd rather not use it, our team is happy to check you in.

Known limitations

Some content comes from other services — such as payment forms from Stripe and reviews from outside sites — and we can't fully control its accessibility. We test our site with keyboards, screen readers, and zoom, and fix problems as we find them.
